Qualifications:  I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School Of Law in 1988, where I served as Research Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. 

After years in government and private practice, I have, for over four years, concentrated my efforts on providing quality research, writing, and general assistance to other attorneys.

I am admitted in Mississippi, Arkansas, and in the Federated States of Micronesia.
