2.      Briefs and record excerpts in accordance with court requirements may be prepared.  This may to be to any degree of completion requested, including ready for your review and signature.  In all cases a preliminary draft is provided for critique so that the attorney maintains full supervision of the project. 

3.      Memoranda in support of, or in opposition to, motions to dismiss and for summary judgment.

4.      Copies of cases and statutes cited in support of the central issue.

5.      Locate legal authority to support an argument.
