For this rate you gain the experience of an experienced attorney to perform these paralegal services but at the cost of a paralegal.  Better yet, your jurisdiction may permit you to charge “market rates” for my services. See Missouri v. Jenkins, 491 U.S. 271 (1989)(in setting attorney’s fee under 28 U.S.C. § 1988, legal fee may include paralegal services at “market rates” rather than actual cost).

One hour minimum.   Sometimes you just need a case to support your position.  A typical question requires from 1.5 to 4.0 hours to fully research.  Occasionally, more complex or more obscure matters may require more time.  However, I will not exceed three hours without your approval.

Although writing projects vary widely in size and complexity, my experience in research and writing results in speed and proficiency that will deliver a quality product to you at far less expense than you probably expect.

No additional charges.  There are no additional charges other than fees for express shipment or for commercial printing and binding, if required.  Computerized research, telephone charges, and routine copying costs are all included in my low hourly rate.
